This study was quasiexperimental method with pre-test and post-test without control group design. The sample in this study 40respondents divided into 20 respondents intervention group 1, 20 respondents intervention group 2 withsimple random sampling technique. The result of this study was mannwhitney and wilcoxon test, obtained pvalue 0.000 (<0,05) there was difference of mean rank result in intervention group 1, intervention group 2,after treatment. The conclusion of this study, there was comparison of effectiveness of play origami andplastisin (wax) to improvement of fine motor development of preschool age 4-5 years at KindergartenAisyiyahBustanulAthfal 1 PagatanKecamatanKusanHilir Tanah Bumbu. Purpose: To understand the relationshipbetween Diabetes Individual Diabetes Education (DSME) and Unstable Blood Glucose Levels inDiabetes Mellitus Patients. Method: The method used in this research is the analytical methodwith the correlation search design and the porpusive sampling technique with the totalpopulation 318 people and the sample number 177 people. The analysis is presented in the formof a frequency distribution table. Result: From the result of spearman (rho), p = 0.414 <α (0.05)pre and p = 0.417 <α (0.05) post which means that H0 is rejected and Ha accepted, by whichthere is a relationship between Diabetes Self Management Education DSME) With unstable bloodglucose levels in patients with diabetes mellitus. Recommendation: It is expected that thisresearch could be used as a source of information in carrying out complementary actions toreduce the blood glucose level in non-pharmacological diabetes mellitus by providing knowledgeabout self-management education of diabetes (DSME).

Abstract

Nursing care focuses on caring. Nurse As a professional health professional, providing servicesmust be based on a holistic function, covering all aspects of biology, psychology, sociology andspirituality. nurses provide caring services, so nurses are required to be able to meet client needsboth in healthy, sick, and critical conditions. Critical clients in addition to requiring appropriateand fast action, also can not be separated from caring needs and spiritual aspects, because incritical conditions usually clients and families are in a state of resignation and require differentactions compared to clients who are in stable condition. Critical conditions require inner calmand closeness to the God, both for patients and families to be able to go through criticalconditions in a good way. This research is a qualitative research using a phenomenologicalapproach. The purpose of this study is to explore the experience of nurses in providing caringand meeting the spiritual needs of critical patients. Participants in this study were 11 nurses whoworked in the ICU with a minimum of 1 year experience in the ICU. The data were analyzedusing a seven-stage collaizi technique so as to produce four research themes, namely: 1) servingwholeheartedly, 2) improving patient recovery, 3) impact on nurses, 4) nurse expectations forcritical patient care.

Abstract

LBW neonates have a proportion of 20% of all infant birth rates in the world and oftenexperience stress that is manifested by increased heart rate and respiration and decreased oxygensaturation. Stimulation therapy is needed that can support growth and development. Soundtherapy can provide peace for the neonate, so far there is no known sound effect of sholawat forLBW neonates. This study aims to look at the sound effect of sholawat on heart rate, respirationand oxygen saturation in LBW neonates. The research method using Pre Experimental OneGroup Pre-Post Test Design was carried out on 15 infants treated at the NICU and usedpurposive sampling technique from October to December 2018. The instruments used by MP3scontaining the sound were Simtubdhurar prayer 40 minutes of playing through speakers withmaximum sound get to the subject of 60 decibels measured by a sound level meter. The meanheart rate and respiration after receiving treatment showed a decrease and increase in oxygensaturation. There was a significant decrease in pulse (Sig. (2-tailed)= 0.001) and respiration(Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed)= 0.009) and increased oxygen saturation (Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed)= 0.004)on the third day of treatment. The sound of prayer has an influence on pulse, respiration andoxygen saturation in LBW neonates.
